Payment processing and a clear client journey is mapped from enquiry to first session — so everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

✔️ Direct Billing Setup

Your direct billing is fully set up and connected, with integration into your practice management system where applicable. You’ll be supported in understanding how to use it confidently in your day-to-day practice, including navigating claims, coverage, and the overall process — so you can offer a smooth, professional experience to your clients. This is often one of the most time-consuming parts of setting up a practice — and it’s fully taken care of here.

✔️ Website & Online Presence Guidance

You’ll be supported in getting a clean, professional website live — aligned with your practice, without the overwhelm of a full build. This includes guidance on choosing a Squarespace template, creating a simple site structure (Home, About, Services, Contact), connecting your domain, and adding your content.

Alongside this, you’ll receive a small set of clean, easy-to-use social media templates, with simple guidance on how to use and schedule them — so you can maintain a consistent, professional presence if and when you choose to.

This is a guided setup process — not a full website build, branding, or marketing service.

✔️Follow-Up Support

You’ll receive 2 hours of follow-up support, to be used within 12 months. Support is provided via scheduled Zoom sessions in 30-minute increments, allowing time for questions, adjustments, or additional guidance as you begin running your practice. Ongoing email support is not included outside of these sessions.

  • Yes — by the end of this process, you will have everything in place to begin seeing clients confidently, including your systems, forms, billing, and workflows.

  • Yes, but many clinicians find that learning and setting up systems on their own can take significant time and lead to unnecessary stress or errors. This package is designed to provide a clear, supported setup so everything is done properly from the start.

  • The setup is completed over approximately 2 months, allowing time for a structured and organised process.

  • Yes — the package includes 2 hours of follow-up support, which can be used within 12 months to answer questions or make small adjustments as needed.

  • Additional support can be booked at an hourly rate or through an ongoing monthly support package, depending on your needs.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
