Full setup of your practice management system (Jane App), including services, fees, and session types. Automated emails and appointment reminders are configured, and your secure client portal is activated.

Your intake and consent forms are formatted and organised within your system, along with clear cancellation and practice policies so everything is ready for client use.
✔️Billing & Payments
Online payment processing is set up so you can accept payments securely and efficiently. Invoices and receipts are configured within your system, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both you and your clients from the start.
✔️Professional Foundations
Guidance on secure email setup, a clear and simple client workflow (from initial inquiry through to first session), and straightforward admin processes so you feel confident managing your practice. This also includes basic email templates for responding to new client enquiries and referrals, along with support setting up key online profiles such as Psychology Today or counselling directories to help you start receiving referrals. Google my business can also be included in this package.
✔️Follow-Up Support
You’ll receive 2 hours of follow-up support, to be used within 12 months. Support is provided via scheduled Zoom sessions in 30-minute increments, allowing time for questions, adjustments, or additional guidance as you begin running your practice. Ongoing email support is not included outside of these sessions.
